We are Brosen & de Jager Project Development, specialists in the redevelopment of apartments and houses. We are a Moraira based company and therefore we develop most of our real estate projects in the Moraira area, but if nice opportunities arise in other areas, we certainly do not avoid them. BJ creates environments that are responsive, adaptive, inviting and exciting. It is our passion to design and redevelop real estate. To transform old and dilapidated properties into stunning contemporary homes for sale with an "urban" character. By our design team, our projects are not only classified in a professional and functional way, but also designed according to the latest trends, where possible retaining authentic details.

Our team

Rouben is responsible for the purchasing and sales of the real estate projects. His passions are entrepreneurship, real estate and actually he has a passion for the beautiful town of Moraira! Rouben is involved in conducting materialization interviews, regularly visiting the projects with the future resedents, delivering the home with the contractors and the best part of his job is delivering a great home to our clients!


Together with Rouben, Gideon is looking for the most beautiful apartments and houses in the nicest spots in Moraira. Or rather: the houses that can be transformed into the prettiest ones. And we like to do that; preferably in consultation with you as future occupant, so that the new house really becomes a "home". And that is also Gideon's drive: to ensure that what we realize as a team exactly matches the wishes and expectations of those who will live there. His role in all that? He mainly deals with purchasing, contracts and financing. But where possible, he also likes to think along with the design of the floor plans.



In our company, I am responsible for the purchasing and sales of the real estate projects. My passions are entrepreneurship, real estate and actually I have a passion for our beautiful town!
